Solutions

What is the difference between Pulse and Phone? Pulse is our Core solution where you provision users, define personas, configure connected service, manage SIP trunks and monitor the usage. Phone is is the end-user calling app that lives inside Microsoft Teams. Both products can be combined.
Do we need Microsoft Teams to use CallerConnect? Pulse manages your voice and identity stack with many services, including Microsoft Teams. Phone specifically does require Microsoft Teams for your end users.
Which integrations do you support? Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, common SIP carriers, and most major CRMs via our open API and webhooks. We are rapidly expanding the supported services in co-operation with our partners.

Onboarding

How quickly can we be live? Most customers go live within a week. But our quick onboarding wizards will be able to have a live product within 10-15 minutes.
Can you help us migrate from another platform? Yes. We have help with migrations from common sources (Teams Direct Routing, other cloud-PBX providers). Book a discovery call to scope it.

Security & compliance

Where is data hosted? CallerConnect is hosted in the European Union. Specifically in our own datacenter in The Netherlands, Rotterdam.
Are you GDPR compliant? Yes. We sign DPAs as standard, offer data export and deletion, and minimize personal data where possible.
Do you support SSO? Yes. Extended SAML / OIDC SSO strategies are included on Pro and Enterprise plans. Within our essentials package we include Entra ID and Google sign on options.

Billing

Is there a trial? We offer a 14-day guided pilot for qualifying teams. We believe a pilot with your real users beats a sandbox trial.
Do you work with resellers? Absolutely - our channel model is built for it. Talk to us about partner rates and white-labeling.
